I was soo in love with my items when I purchased them- however the first time I wore the cuff it fell off- despite me putting it as tight as it would go and my ears are fairly normal ears- never had issues with other cuffs from other places.
It has now dropped somewhere after not even getting to wear it for a full day and it wasn't cheap. I messaged customer service to see if they could atleast offer any advice and also for feedback but their response was actually terrible. No apology or even acknowledgement.
So sad as had planned to order a pair of earrings this month but won't now because of the service I received.

I came across With Bling on Etsy, the range was just simply stunning. I ordered from the Etsy website and came within just a couple of days! When I received my order and my handwritten note (love that!!) I went on to the website to see so much more to offer!!!! I can’t wait to get more the products and range is stunning!
